Question: I have a very small dark grey spot in my vision that looks like a piece of fuzz or lint, however it has not moved in several weeks. Can you tell me what it might be? Answer: This could either be a floater, which is something in the vitreous gel,or a small scotoma (blind spot). Most of the time, these are inconsequential, but since this is a new symptom,it requires a complete evaluation by a ophthalmologist.
