How Soon After YAG PI Can I Fly?
JAN 22, 2015
Question:
How soon after a YAG pi (laser peripheral iridotomy) can I fly a 7-hour flight? I often travel long haul flights. A YAG pi was recommended for both eyes as I have narrow angles but not glaucoma.
Answer:
You should be able to fly the next day. However, you should probably plan on a return visit to your ophthalmologist the following week.
