    Question:

I have a tiny transparent bubble on the rim of my lower eye lid. What is this and why does it occur?

    Answer:

This is most likely a skin cyst on the eyelid or a cyst of one of the oil glands of the eyelid. However, it is impossible to tell without an examination by an ophthalmologist. Even he/she may need a biopsy (removing the cyst) to tell you exactly what it is. Your ophthalmologist can tell you whether it needs to be removed or not and tell you what it is.
