Question:
Is it possible to have eyelid surgery if I suffer from dry eye?
Answer:
Yes. It is possible to have an eyelid lift or blepharoplasty if you have dry eyes. It is critical however that the surgeon ensures that the patient's eyelids close completely and easily at the end of the surgery and that only a minimal amount of muscle is removed to ensure a strong blink.
