Question:
My Vigamox and Durezol drops just spent five hours in a ninety degree Fahrenheit room. I had right eye cataract surgery one week ago and need to continue the drops. Do I need to get new drops? They are very expensive.
Answer:
The makers of these drops tell people that Durezol and Vigamox should be kept at room temperature not exceeding 77 degrees. Outside this temperature, it is unknown if these drugs will work. It would be safer to get new medication.
