Can I Change My Eye Color?
APR 14, 2014
Question:
Are there any eye procedures that can be performed to change my eye color?
Answer:
In short, no. The eye color is determined by the iris in the interior of the eye. The iris is a fragile tissue which reacts strongly if disturbed. There is no known way to alter its color without doing substantial damage. You could consider colored contact lenses which are available in a variety of colors and can enhance your natural color or change it altogether. See an ophthalmologist for a prescription—and only buy from retailers who require a prescription.
