Question:
I had glaucoma surgery and developed scar tissue. Now there is a bleb that will not heal. Can this harm my vision?   

Answer:
I am not sure I understand what you mean by a bleb that will not heal. A bleb is a fluid collection in the conjunctiva that is created by a glaucoma surgery called a trabeculectomy. The bleb allows for the controlled egress of fluid from inside of the eye. Sometimes scar tissue can develop in association with a trabeculectomy that prevents the bleb from functioning optimally. If that occurs, the vision could be harmed by elevated pressure.
