Tamara Fountain, MDTamara Fountain, MD, is an ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Chicago.  She received her M.D. from Harvard Medical School. Dr. Fountain then completed her residency at  Johns Hopkins Hospital, Wilmer Eye Institute and a fellowship in oculoplastic surgery at the University of Southern California, Doheny Eye Institute.

I had an orbital blow-out fracture with muscle entrapment 20 years ago. I am 38. I had three surgeries in that general time period. An implant was placed in my left lower orbit and the muscle freed from the entrapment. (11/03/2009)
